Getting to things a bit late here; it’s been a bit tough to keep up with things, what with the massive disc-brake quick-release recall and needing to find more staff for the busy summer ahead. We did ride though; we always ride! Even when, as was the case Tuesday morning, I’d gotten very little sleep the night before.

It was a shortened ride though, as Kevin developed some flank pain, so after a pretty slow ride up Kings we headed back down 84, dropping the West Old LaHonda section. Fortunately, he was fine later in the day, and subsequent blood tests showed no issues.
